Tweed Valley Tunnel Trail Run Saturday 16 October 2021 – A beautiful off-road run through a stunning natural environment – with an awesome twist in the tail! Choice of three distances, approx. 4k, 10k and 20k.
Tweed Valley Tunnel Trail Walk Date TBC A 3.5km walk on stunning Autumnal trails with an illuminated Victorian railway tunnel finale. You start at Haylodge Park in Peebles and make your way along the beautiful trails of the River Tweed, Cademuir Forest, Southpark Woods and finish with an opportunity to walk through the illuminated Neidpath Victorian railway tunnel. The perfect afternoon for all the family.
BUSHCRAFT RANGERS 14th October 2021 – 14th October 2021 Abbotsford Get stuck into bushcraft activities in Abbotsford’s woodland during the school holidays. You can learn how to make your own camp fire, toast marshmallows and make a den. Suitable for ages 7-11.

Traquair Medieval Fayre 28th May 2022 at 11:00 am – 29th May 2022 at 5:00 pm an unbeatable mix of medieval entertainment from jousting to jesters in the grounds of Scotland’s Oldest Inhabited House.
St. Ronan’s Border Games TBC (usually culminates 3rd Saturday in July) Innerleithen’s annual family festival, incorporating St Ronan’s Border Games and Cleikum Ceremonies.
Games Week has something for everyone! Music from the wonderful Innerleithen/Tweedvale Pipe Band and St Ronan’s Silver Bands ( captured below in the lino print by local artist Neil Stewart of Narrative Ark) Fancy Dress Parade, Quiz Night, Treasure Hunt, Flower Parade, Athletics and much more! The week culminates in a walk up Caerlee to dispatch the De’il for another year. Intrigued? You really need to be there!
A Dogs’ Day Out at Traquair 17th July 11am – 5pm a host of activities for dogs and their owners throughout the day.
24Seven 30th- 31st July –an awesome mountain biking course comprising all of the famous Scottish 7 Stanes MTB centres in one hit, plus some of the best road riding Scotland has to offer, all the time chasing a spicy 24-hour completion limit. A challenge and a half finishing at Glentress just 10 minutes down the road from Cosaig!

Innerleithen Flower Show TBC usually first weekend in September Memorial Hall Innerleithen 2- 4.45pm Displays of local produce: flower arrangements, vegetables, home baking, needlecraft and much much more! Check out the miniature gardens, our personal favourite! Teas will be served.
Two Breweries Hill Race Saturday 24th September 2022 A race from Traquair House in Innerleithen to Broughton in the scenic Scottish Borders
Tweed Valley Forest Festival Saturday 22nd – Sunday 23rd October 2022 based around the Tweed Valley Forest Park with the beautiful market town of Peebles at its hub. At our annual event you will find skilled crafters at our wood market, demonstrations on Tweed Green including live chainsaw carving techniques and of course the Scottish Conker Championships.
